They let the players choose what they want to play, know how to keep politics out of business, keep their store clean, and always have my orders ready on Friday when I come in. This is the definition of "build it and they will come". Couldn't ask for a better place to have in my back yard. If you need an escape from the insanity of daily life, come on in and play a game.
